Shipping Processes and Turnaround Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays, but will be shipped on the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will continue you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipping rates and deliveries. – Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at check out.

Shipping Methods Estimated Delivery Time:

USPS Standard – 3-5 business days

Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.

Returns: You have 1 week from the day of delivery to return your order in the EXACT condition it was received in order to qualify for a full refund. Anything returned/shipped after 1 week will be eligible for store credit only. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your order you may send it back to us within 1 week from the day of delivery in its EXACT condition it was received in. You must include a letter stating your NAME, REASON FOR RETURN AND ORDER #. Once we receive your package we will issue you a store credit of the amount you originally paid for you to go online and select you new order.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
